## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the technical pre-sales relationship by guiding technical architecture, demonstrating Hologram’s platform and Dashboard, resolving technical concerns, and building customer trust.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Hologram’s product suite, including Dashboard and API integrations.
- Advise prospects on end-to-end IoT solutions, including hardware selection, embedded systems, product architecture and design, and device certifications.
- Resolve technical issues during pre-sales, testing, and pilot phases.
- Maintain expertise in IoT technologies and relevant industry trends.

## Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and deploying embedded systems or IoT devices.
- Expertise in cellular connectivity, cellular certifications, AT commands, radio modules, and modems.
- Experience in IoT professional services or consulting, advising clients on IoT product development and design.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, UDP-based protocols, and networking principles.
- Track record selling complex technical, developer-facing products such as networking products, embedded hardware, data products, and APIs.
- Experience with enterprise technical sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, accurate mutual action plans, and launch guidance.
- Proficiency with API implementation and integrations.
- Working knowledge of Python or Ruby.
- Ability to query data with SQL to troubleshoot device behavior.
- Based on the US East Coast or able to consistently work East Coast hours.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and technical concepts.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000–$190,000.
- Annual target incentives: $40,000–$48,000.
- New-hire equity grant: 12,500–24,700 RSUs.
