## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Identify and Frame Value
- Translate strategic priorities such as omnichannel growth, margin protection, supply chain agility, and sustainability into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Architect solutions across Demand Planning, Trade Promotions Management, Logistics, and Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment.
- Build data-backed business cases showing financial and operational impact, including reduced Cost of Goods Sold, optimized working capital, and improved On-Time In-Full delivery.
- Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices to win expansion opportunities.
- Lead Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value projects, communicating opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.

### Realize Value
- Lead value workstreams for pilots and implementations, ensuring digital-twin strategies monitor process health in high-volume retail and consumer environments.
- Guide customers in using Celonis to provide context to AI agents and coordinate handoffs across Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Produce.
- Address implementation challenges involving retailer compliance, master data governance, and supply network visibility.
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Define improvement measures and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Present results and realized value to senior and C-level management.

### Scale Value
- Codify reusable solutions and use cases for the Value Engineering team.
- Mentor junior engineers on CPG terminology, seasonality, and retail stakeholder management.
- Provide product feedback for CPG capabilities such as trade-spend visibility and SKU rationalization.
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps for customers using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on emerging use cases.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations, ideally combining CPG/FMCG experience with management consulting or sales engineering.
- Detailed knowledge of the CPG value chain, including Demand and Supply Planning, Logistics, Trade Promotions, or Consumer/Retail Operations.
- Proven experience managing the full customer lifecycle, expanding account footprints through strategic upselling, and driving long-term customer value and retention.
- Track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and driving resolution through process improvement and technology deployment.
- Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, or SAP IBP.
- Experience with data visualization, SQL, or Python is a strong plus.
- Experience presenting to and working with senior stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and setting direction within an account team.
- Degree in Industrial or Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Informatics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
