## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
- Partner with Sales leaders to define roles, calibrate talent, and make hiring decisions.
- Communicate the company’s product, mission, and opportunity to candidates throughout the process.
- Improve recruiting strategy, interview processes, employer brand, and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain pipelines of top-tier and passive talent across multiple disciplines.
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to identify opportunities for experimentation and improvement.
- Provide leadership with actionable feedback on market dynamics, candidate sentiment, and employer messaging.
- Streamline recruiting workflows and improve recruiting operations while maintaining quality.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Account Executives.
- Experience at a high-growth or early-stage company is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and trusted-advisor skills with hiring partners.
- Ability to advise candidates on early-stage sales and marketing teams, equity, ownership, and long-term growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes, initiatives, team practices, or other systems.
- Comfortable with feedback, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and balancing multiple responsibilities.
