## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Grow Flexport’s LCL and buyers consolidation business across North America.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for LCL and buyers consolidation services.
- Identify, develop, present, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close.
- Expand volume and scope with existing North American clients.
- Manage bids and develop long-term pricing strategies, including attainment tracking.
- Build sales collateral, client messaging, and product placement for bids.
- Partner with APAC product and operations teams to build scalable processes and improve service quality, consistency, and pricing.
- Improve the sales playbook and identify process gaps that slow deal velocity.
- Report on pipeline, bookings, and volume growth against targets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, and Product teams to resolve client issues and identify cross-sell opportunities.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Working knowledge of LCL, buyers consolidation, or ocean freight forwarding.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product and operations teams across time zones, including APAC.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ocean freight or LCL.
