## What You'll Do

- Convert inbound demand into closed revenue, focusing on smaller deals with high velocity and efficiency.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial interest to closed-won, ensuring a seamless and efficient pipeline flow.
- Assist in refining foundational sales processes and playbooks by providing feedback on bottlenecks.
- Execute direct sales strategies for a new category, turning ambiguity into tangible revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and product messaging.
- Drive tangible, high-impact results in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment, demonstrating extreme ownership over outcomes.

- 1-3+ years of full-cycle closing experience in a high-velocity sales environment, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- A demonstrated \"performer\" and closer who thrives on converting inbound demand and efficiently closing deals.
- Possess a sales mentality, extreme ownership, and high agency, thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.

## Compensation

The base pay range for this role is **$150,000 – $190,000** per year. OTE range on a 50/50 split plus equity and benefits.
