## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Build and nurture partner relationships by proactively discussing campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities.
- Liaise with Measurement & Insights, Performance Solutions, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, and other internal teams to meet partner objectives.
- Understand partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
- Advise advertisers on media strategies, including targeting, bidding models, creative, and measurement.
- Apply Pinterest campaign best practices, optimize campaign setup, interpret results, troubleshoot performance, and communicate updates.
- Ensure agreed performance metrics are met and take corrective action when needed.
- Lead client meetings, explain complex solutions clearly, and address resistance, complaints, and objections professionally.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that support revenue targets.
- Explain Pinterest ad products, services, features, and best practices to partners.
- Maintain knowledge of the evolving product roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally on product questions.
- Pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale.

## Requirements

- Experience in digital advertising sales, managing high-value relationships, driving strategic learning agendas, and owning client communication.
- Track record of data-backed storytelling and recommendations.
- Expertise managing forecasts and achieving goals.
- Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and by email.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams.
- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem-solving, and product or platform knowledge.
- Experience with Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
- Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Ability to commute to a Pinterest office for in-person collaboration 1–2 times per week.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Base salary range: **€70,933.80–€131,227.60**.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
- Final salary depends on location, travel, relevant prior experience, and skills or expertise.
