## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan targeting Japan’s emerging market segment, including growth-stage organizations and under-penetrated SMB and mid-market accounts.
- Manage both rapid, transactional deals and complex, strategic engagements.
- Prospect and develop accounts to meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Maintain operational excellence in Salesforce and Clari, including accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking using MEDDPICC, and detailed account notes.
- Engage senior stakeholders, navigate complex organizations, and communicate measurable business value.
- Acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with technology partners through co-selling or partner-led motions.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS, cloud, big data, or AI sales.
- Proven success exceeding sales KPIs and quotas.
- Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly and communicate value propositions confidently.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.

## Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with partners or participating in co-selling or partner-led technology ecosystem motions.
