## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate how Harvey’s AI solutions address them.
- Establish credibility as an expert in legal use cases, including legal research, contract drafting and analysis, brief and filing analysis, corporate governance, and due diligence.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations for law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams.
- Partner with Account Executives to educate prospective clients through group sessions and one-to-one conversations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop content for lawyers and specific practice areas.
- Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing legal feedback for sales and product teams.
- Tailor new solutions to customer needs and help position Harvey as a credible and substantive legal AI provider.
- Conduct customer and competitor research and analysis.
- Travel to customer and company offices as needed.

## Requirements
- Qualification to practice law in England & Wales.
- At least 3 years of legal practice experience at a top-tier law firm in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in intellectual property or an in-house legal team.
- Strong executive engagement skills and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
- Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences, including impromptu whiteboarding, presentations, and demos.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.
- Curiosity about the potential of AI to transform the legal industry.

## Nice to Have
- Sales or customer-facing experience, including law firm business development or secondment experience.
- Experience directly managing law firm client matters and relationships.
