> The Sales Development Representative will qualify inbound and outbound prospects, develop relationships, arrange sales meetings, and help improve outreach strategy in partnership with Marketing and Account Executives. The role requires strong communication, top performance, and comfort working in a fast-growing environment.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects in partnership with SDRs and account executives.
- Follow up with marketing-generated leads, qualify sales opportunities, move qualified leads through the funnel, and arrange meetings with salespeople.
- Execute outbound sales plays created by marketing.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling and responses to marketing-generated inquiries.
- Develop prospect relationships, uncover needs through effective questioning, qualify interest and viability, and prepare handoffs to sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects who did not initially become sales opportunities.
- Work through lead lists while meeting or exceeding SLAs; consistently update activity and contact information in the CRM system; and support weekly reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing and provide feedback to improve targeting and messaging.

## Requirements
- Track record of top performance or prior success.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter able to operate in a hyper-growth environment.
- In-office participation three days per week in the Tokyo office.
