## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own KPIs and dashboards end-to-end: build, maintain, and govern key KPIs and dashboards across business domains, managing the full lifecycle of analytics projects from scoping to delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to define how success is measured across Garner's products and operations.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to create maintainable pipelines that power reliable reporting.
- Build a strong understanding of your analytical domain so you can independently drive meaningful insights.
- Identify where coverage is missing and proactively develop new dashboards and insights to fill them.
- Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and stakeholder communication across teams.
- Run deep-dive investigations into complex business problems — the kind of analysis leadership uses to make strategic calls.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
- Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.
- Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents.
- A track record of getting stakeholders trustworthy, self-serve access to the information they need.
- Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale.
- Experience with a BI/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with dbt strongly preferred.

## Compensation
- Target salary range: $131,000 - $140,000 base.
- Eligible for equity incentive and competitive benefits including flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
