## Job Description

## The Opportunity

Voice AI stands at the cusp of a paradigm shift. While research scientists pioneer new approaches in Latent Space Models (LSMs), this role provides technical program leadership to turn breakthroughs into shipped products. Drives cross-functional execution across Research, Product, DataOps, and Engineering.

## What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end delivery of new model versions and features for STT and TTS offerings, coordinating across Research, Product, DataOps, and Engineering
- Define lightweight processes for visibility and accountability in researchers' workflows
- Map dependencies and risks across cross-functional projects
- Run programs end-to-end: scoping, timelines, communication, risk mitigation, launch readiness
- Troubleshoot blockers and build partnerships across teams
- Own proactive communication across organization levels
- Respond to shifting priorities and translate into actionable plans

## It's Important to Us That You Have

- 5+ years as Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager, ideally in AI/ML Research
- In-depth knowledge of ML systems (data pipelines, model training, evaluation, serving)
- Proven track record delivering complex technical programs across teams
- Ability to map dependencies and communicate status
- Experience designing lightweight processes in research/engineering
- Strong analytical skills for program health and prioritization
- Excellent communication skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on orientation

**Bonus:** Experience with speech/audio projects (data collection, labeling, evaluation)
