## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage employee-facing IT operations, including devices, software, access, vendors, and day-to-day support.
- Identify manual, fragmented, or unclear processes and use technology, automation, and AI to make them more efficient and scalable.
- Maintain and improve workplace and IT systems, including tool administration, permissions, documentation, and operating processes.
- Lead cross-functional operational projects from problem definition through implementation by aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and implementing durable solutions.
- Improve company knowledge management, including Notion organization, governance, templates, documentation, and content discoverability.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, consulting, startup operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Strong systems thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently drive work to completion.
- Strong project management, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Technical fluency and comfort learning and managing workplace tools and systems.
- High ownership and attention to detail.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Collaborative, low-ego approach and ability to work effectively across teams.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience at a high-growth technology company.
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.
