## Job Description

## Impact (Responsibilities)
- Work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
- Lead customers on transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks
- Implement technical strategy aligned with account strategy
- Build movement of technical champions within the account
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members

## What We Look For (Requirements)
- 5+ years experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) Retail/CPG accounts
- 3+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales activity
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud
- Ability to drive data-driven business transformation
- 3+ years design/implementation in big data technologies (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP) or full lifecycle data science solutions
- Experience maintaining/extending production data systems
- Production programming in **Python**, **R**, **Scala**, or **Java**

**Nice to have:** Databricks Certification
