## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned queue of at-risk drug and occupational health screening reports, determining the appropriate outreach for each case.
- Proactively notify customers about canceled reports, turnaround-time breaches, and other at-risk statuses before they escalate.
- Coordinate directly with clinics to advance stalled results and obtain missing documentation.
- Send scheduling and status reminders to candidates for defined outreach triggers.
- Use judgment to deviate from standard operating procedures when needed and document resolutions to improve future processes.
- Identify recurring failure points and escalate process gaps to the broader program.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, vendor-facing, or coordination-heavy role.
- Comfortable spending extended periods on the phone and persistent without being pushy.
- HIPAA awareness and sound judgment regarding the sharing or requesting of personally identifiable information and protected health information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity when standard operating procedures do not fully apply.
- Demonstrated ability to identify patterns and escalate systemic issues.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: **$43,000–$54,000 USD**.
