## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the full hiring life cycle.
- Identify and implement efficient, effective recruiting strategies aligned with organizational needs and best practices.
- Own sourcing strategy and proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates through traditional and creative channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and hiring needs.
- Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects company culture and values.
- Apply data-driven insights to advise hiring teams and continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.

## Requirements
- At least 4 years of talent acquisition experience within a high-tech or startup company.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
- Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
- Collaborative and inclusive mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Full professional fluency, written and verbal, in both English and Hebrew.
- Proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative.
- Legal right to work in the country where the position is based; visa sponsorship is not available.
