> This role will build outbound pipeline for Rippling’s German market by prospecting target accounts, developing messaging, qualifying opportunities, and setting demonstrations with Account Executives. Fluency in English and German, sales development experience, and a results-driven collaborative approach are preferred.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become a product expert across the Rippling platform and understand the competitive landscape.
- Craft strategic outbound messaging to engage upmarket prospects.
- Partner with Marketing to run targeted outbound campaigns and generate pipeline.
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Align closely with an Account Executive to create a strong pipeline by qualifying prospects and setting demonstrations.

## Requirements
- Fluency in English and German.
- Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with different teams.
- Competitive mindset and drive to achieve results.
