## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Turn Convex product usage into actionable go-to-market signal by modeling serious deployments, surfacing intent when teams cross thresholds, and routing signals to the appropriate play or person.
- Build agent and human-in-the-loop outbound that is useful, technical, specific, and not spammy.
- Build AI agents and internal tools that increase the commercial team's leverage.
- Audit the existing stack, identify gaps, choose between point-and-click tools and custom solutions, and maintain trustworthy data through cleanup.
- Build GTM applications on Convex itself and dogfood the platform.
- Measure results and invest further in what works.

## Requirements
- Experience building revenue and automation systems through Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, growth engineering, or software engineering with a commercial focus.
- Comfort building and connecting systems with APIs, data, and code such as SQL, a scripting language, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with a modern go-to-market stack.
- Practical experience using AI, including understanding model reliability and failure modes.
- Strong systems thinking, including designing for scale, API failures, concurrency, and maintainability.
- Commercial judgment combined with the ability to build and ship.
- Ability to understand and earn the trust of technical developer users.
- Pragmatic approach focused on simple, effective systems.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with technical or developer-led sales motions.
- Familiarity with Convex or interest in building with it.
- Interest in working in person at Convex's San Francisco office.
