## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs, including frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes for consistent, high-quality hiring decisions.
- Lead cross-functional program execution with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Technology teams.
- Manage project plans, stakeholder alignment, delivery timelines, and concurrent initiatives.
- Build scalable interviewer enablement programs covering scorecard design, structured interview methodology, and bias-reduction practices.
- Drive change management for selection and assessment programs, including stakeholder alignment, enablement materials, communications, and adoption tracking.
- Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics, validate assessment effectiveness, identify gaps, and improve evaluation criteria.
- Research and pilot assessment tools, techniques, and vendor solutions.
- Establish frameworks for experimentation and continuous improvement.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or HR/people-focused management consulting.
- Experience designing structured frameworks and delivering programs that change how organizations operate.
- Track record managing multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from concept through execution.
- Ability to create detailed project plans, hold stakeholders accountable, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes, assessment rubrics, or evaluation frameworks at a technology company.
- Fluency in defining KPIs, analyzing hiring outcomes, and translating findings into recommendations for senior leadership.
- Experience responsibly using generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

## Nice-to-haves
- Background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods.
- Experience applying selection science to talent evaluation design.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: **$166,345–$195,700 USD**, excluding equity and bonus.
- Eligibility for equity and bonus compensation.
