## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work with technical contacts at customers and prospective customers to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product’s value proposition.
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation to help customers implement solutions independently.
- Identify common integration patterns and opportunities to productize them with product teams.

## Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Interest in working directly with customers and providing tailored technical support.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
- Strong technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
- Customer-facing experience, including through student clubs or side projects.
- Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
