## Job Description

## What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across **email** and **SMS**, plus social, influencer, and other channels as needed
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns that help our brand partners acquire, engage, and retain loyal customers
- Manage our marketing **CRM** and the systems that support campaign operations
- Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, running creative and audience tests, fine-tuning targeting and copy, and adjusting strategies to improve results
- Partner directly with brand clients on strategy sessions and reviews; travel occasionally for client meetings, team offsites, and key events
- Report weekly to leadership with clear insights, recommendations, and results tied to **KPIs**
- Collaborate with executive and design teams to launch cohesive, high-quality campaigns

## What We’re Looking For
- **3-5 years** of experience in marketing with a focus on user acquisition
- Proven experience running **email** and **SMS** campaigns end-to-end
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- Strong analytical mindset; confident working with campaign data and performance metrics
- Experience testing and scaling multiple acquisition channels (**social**, **influencer**, etc.) and campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (**CRM**, automation tools, attribution, etc.). **Klaviyo** experience a plus
- Experience using **AI tools** regularly in your workflow (content, analysis, automation)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native or near-native fluency)
- Comfortable in client-facing environments interacting with brand partners and representing AnyRoad in strategic conversations
- Willing and able to travel periodically for client meetings, team gatherings, and events
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
