## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own Creative Fabrica’s presence on X, growing impressions, engagement, audience, and overall visibility.
- Develop a distinctive, personality-led voice through experimentation with tone, formats, hooks, timing, and visuals.
- Create X-native posts, threads, replies, memes, and product demonstrations throughout the day.
- Monitor AI, technology, and creator-ecosystem news; identify emerging conversations and respond while they are relevant.
- Engage with AI creators, founders, researchers, influential accounts, and competitors in useful, interesting, funny, or provocative ways.
- Demonstrate Creative Fabrica’s AI products without making the account feel continuously promotional.
- Build recurring content formats and collaborate with graphic, motion, video, and educational-content specialists.
- Partner with Product Marketing to turn launches into X-native moments.
- Track impressions, engagement, profile visits, and follower growth; identify successful posts and develop follow-ups.
- Build relationships across the AI ecosystem and monitor industry attention patterns.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing X/Twitter accounts, social channels, communities, or creator-led accounts, with demonstrable organic reach and engagement.
- Deep understanding of X culture, platform mechanics, memes, internet culture, and platform-native communication.
- Excellent short-form copywriting and written English, including strong hooks and concise positioning.
- Fast thinking, execution, and sound judgment about when to be bold or restrained.
- Independent creative drive and ability to develop original content ideas without relying on a fixed calendar.
- High-output, data-informed approach to experimentation and analytics.
- Genuine interest in AI, startups, creators, technology, and internet culture.

## Nice-to-haves
- Personal track record growing an X account, including posts reaching 500K+ or 1M+ organic impressions.
- Experience running a recognizable founder-led or personality-led account, or building creator communities.
- Relationships within the AI or technology community on X.
- Meme-making, internet-native content, visual production, basic image/video creation, or generative-AI content experience.
