## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work with senior staff, including Senior Graphic Designers and Copywriters, to autonomously execute paid social creative.
- Flex into email design as needed.
- Collaborate with channel partners to test and iterate on ideas quickly, using data and insights to inform creative decisions.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5–7+ years of experience.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience designing paid social creative; email design experience is a plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating performance creative skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Highly collaborative, self-starting, and low ego.

## Nice to Have
- Experience designing for brands serving parents of younger children.
- Experience with paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment.
- Experience with email design supporting CRM channels.
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Contract hours: 20 hours per week, with up to 40 hours per week through the end of Q4.
- Pay: $50–$80 per hour.
