## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and nurture advertiser relationships, proactively discussing campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities.
- Liaise with Measurement & Insights, Performance Solutions, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, and other internal teams to meet partner objectives.
- Translate business goals and campaign data into compelling stories, actionable insights, and recommendations.
- Advise advertisers on media strategy, including targeting, bidding models, creative, and measurement.
- Ensure optimal campaign setup, interpret results, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and communicate updates.
- Lead client meetings, explain complex solutions clearly, handle objections, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Provide guidance on Pinterest advertising products, features, best practices, and evolving product updates.
- Pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale.

## Requirements
- Digital advertising sales experience managing high-value relationships and client communications.
- Experience driving strategic learning agendas and making data-backed recommendations.
- Track record of managing forecasts and achieving goals.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, campaign optimization, analytical problem-solving, and product or platform knowledge.
- Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
- Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to commute to the Dublin office for in-person collaboration 1–2 times per week.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **€73,664.50–€128,912.70 EUR**.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
- Final salary depends on factors including location, travel, prior experience, and skills or expertise.
