## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for broker AI product lines alongside the founders.
- Drive product execution end to end with engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
- Ship quickly, iterate, and deliver measurable results.
- Establish standards for scoping, prioritization, launches, and learning as the product and team scale.

## Requirements
- History of building high-impact, category-defining products.
- Experience as a 1→10 builder who thrives in ambiguity, scales products from first principles, and makes fast, high-judgment decisions.
- Experience working with data in an AI-first environment.
- Experience working directly with customers, scaling adoption, and guiding customers through change management.
- Systems-thinking ability and strong customer instincts.
- Comfort combining ground-truth customer insights with data.
- Founder’s mindset, ownership, close engagement with the work, and a high bar for excellence.
