## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle searches for GTM roles, from early-career account executives to senior leadership.
- Proactively source candidates who can sell technical infrastructure to developers and close large enterprise commitments.
- Build the recruiting operating system, including pipeline health metrics, funnel diagnostics, forecasting, and scorecards.
- Design role-specific interview loops that predict performance, including assessments of technical fluency for GTM hires.
- Partner with GTM leadership on headcount planning, leveling, and compensation positioning.
- Build diverse pipelines and maintain a fair, consistent process as hiring scales.
- Deliver a fast, clear, low-friction candidate experience.
- Establish fal as a destination for GTM talent in AI infrastructure.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong track record hiring GTM talent at high-growth technical companies, such as infrastructure, developer tools, API/PLG, or AI businesses.
- Ability to hold credible conversations about selling technical products and assess that capability in candidates.
- Experience building recruiting processes and metrics from a thin starting point.
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools, including Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
- Experience hiring across levels, from early-career sales development representatives to VP-level leaders.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to challenge hiring managers while maintaining strong relationships.
- Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high performance standards.

## Nice to Have
- Experience hiring solutions engineers, forward-deployed engineers, or developer advocates.
- Exposure to partnerships or ecosystem roles involving model labs, cloud providers, or platform partners.
- Experience as the first or second recruiter supporting a function.
