## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner one-on-one with clients to develop custom plans and implement purchased Rippling products across HR, payroll, benefits administration, IT, and other products.
- Manage implementation processes end-to-end, aligning timelines and goals with customers and ensuring milestones meet operational needs.
- Drive product adoption through tailored guidance, best practices, and insights.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer feedback, technical issues, and product enhancements.
- Help develop internal processes and best practices that incorporate customer feedback and improve operational efficiency.

## Requirements
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- At least 1 year of hands-on implementation or customer experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
- Proven project management experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams.

## Compensation
- Annual salary range: $55,080–$89,424 USD, plus benefits and equity.
