## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation.
- Work directly with customers to understand engineering workflows and identify high-impact use cases for Devin and Windsurf.
- Deploy Devin and Windsurf into production environments and support integrations.
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams to drive product integration, adoption, and utilization.
- Lead demos and pilots and help activate top users.
- Implement customer-requested features when appropriate and advocate for customer needs internally.
- Provide product insight to help shape the roadmap.

## Requirements
- Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
- Demonstrated exceptional performance in an academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial setting.
- Self-directed with strong prioritization and ownership skills.
- Strong communication skills with senior engineers and executives.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort.
- Willingness to travel across MENA 50% of the time.

## Nice-to-haves
- Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or TypeScript.
- Experience writing and debugging real software systems.
- Interest in working directly with users on high-impact technical problems.
- Ability to learn quickly in challenging, real-world environments.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a role requiring work beyond the formal job description.
