## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide timely initial responses to support cases covering billing, pre-sales, optimization, and implementation questions.
- Triage cases by directing users to existing answers, code examples, documentation, or appropriate technical and business team members.
- Monitor feedback channels including GitHub Issues and Discussions.
- Identify opportunities to develop or obtain internal tooling that improves support efficiency.
- Reproduce issues, create test cases, and improve test coverage when applicable.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing developer support to technical customers.
- Proficiency with SQL, ideally PostgreSQL, including complex queries.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line.
- Experience working with GitHub Issues and Discussions.

## Nice-to-haves
- Database administration experience.
- Familiarity with React, Vue, Svelte, and Node.js.
- Computer Science degree.
