## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Grow the business by engaging and building relationships with potential customers on the phone, over email, and at events & conferences.
- Contribute to growth strategy via creative new outreach strategies and messaging that resonates (e.g., write email sequences, revamp cold call scripts, attend conferences).
- Hustle and execute with high autonomy.
- Help define company culture.

## Requirements
- Early in career with **0–3 years** of work experience.
- Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people, especially over the phone.
- Fast learner who grasps new concepts and adapts based on feedback.
- Resilient and persistent, comfortable with rejection.
