## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers, overcome objections, book sales appointments, and grow revenue.
- Identify and qualify leads and sales opportunities from marketing campaigns.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline in partnership with Account Executives and the Global Head of Business Development.
- Research prospects, identify stakeholders, generate interest, and build rapport.
- Follow a prescribed sales outreach cadence.
- Meet or exceed activity targets for outbound calls and sales leads.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Prior hands-on experience in a quota-carrying SDR or BDR position.
- Previous experience at a SaaS company.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and nurture campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Fluency in French and English.

## Nice to Have
- Experience using marketing automation software.
- Fluency in German.
