## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the long-term strategic growth agenda for a portfolio of top-tier Greater China export advertisers, setting joint partnership objectives, defining success metrics, and driving sustained investment growth on Pinterest.
- Operate 6–12 months ahead of client planning cycles by anticipating business needs, aligning pitches with annual and quarterly planning cadences, and proactively shaping how clients think about Pinterest within their broader media mix.
- Build and own executive-level relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at flagship partner organizations.
- Identify and lead new business opportunities within and beyond existing accounts, expanding into new budget pools, lines of business, and untapped use cases.
- Serve as the final escalation point for client issues, coordinating internal resources across Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Performance Solutions.
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs, influence the product roadmap, and unlock bespoke solutions.
- Define and drive multi-year learning agendas, establish joint measurement systems, and guide executive-level investment decisions based on strategic insights.
- Represent Pinterest at industry events, client forums, and key vertical initiatives.
- Champion Pinterest’s advertising solutions, including upper-funnel brand, lower-funnel performance, and AI-powered products.
- Integrate AI tools and workflows into client partnership management and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor Client Account Managers and other team members.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or a client-facing strategic role.
- Track record of managing top-tier client relationships and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience owning and growing C-suite and VP-level relationships at large advertiser or agency organizations.
- Deep expertise in Retail and/or Ecommerce advertising, particularly for export-focused advertisers operating in and from Greater China.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, including experience setting multi-year investment growth agendas, defining joint KPIs, and driving business outcomes.
- Experience leading complex programs across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to influence product direction and work directly with Product and Engineering teams.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Search, Shopping, Display, and/or Social.
- Business fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel for business as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

## Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Pinterest Ads Manager or comparable platforms such as Meta or Google.
- Experience with Greater China export advertisers and their global go-to-market strategies.
- Experience integrating AI tools and AI-driven insights into strategic workflows.
