## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Address client inquiries related to Addepar portfolio data feeds and general data product functionality within established SLAs.
- Manage requests from internal Data teams requiring client outreach or action to resolve data verification issues.
- Investigate client-reported bugs and data-processing issues, escalating to Engineering and Product when needed.
- Partner with Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and other GTM team members on data-related escalations and client outcomes.
- Participate in cross-organizational projects to improve internal processes and company initiatives involving new product functionality or services.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in the financial investment or advisory industry.
- Solid understanding of capital markets, portfolio accounting, and customer relationship management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and focused on delivering client-centric outcomes.
- Proactive and diligent in documenting team processes and identifying workflow-efficiency improvements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Atlassian, SQL, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other common financial-services systems and applications.
