## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
- Deliver exceptional pre-sales experiences by articulating Fin’s value and technical expertise.
- Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
- Design and lead tailored proof-of-concept (POC) engagements that showcase Fin’s capabilities.
- Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions, using standardized materials and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice and gather feedback for product planning.
- Build customer trust by approaching challenges with empathy and curiosity.
- Improve processes and contribute to a best-in-class Solutions Engineering playbook.
- Commit to customer success by ensuring lasting value and proactively addressing challenges.

## Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level technical and business relationships.
- Strong technical acumen, including technical discovery and high-impact value presentations.
- Ability to solve problems independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Strong time-management skills in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to identify and communicate value propositions throughout the sales cycle.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product direction.
- Familiarity with managing POCs, RFPs, and complex security questions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
