## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Collaborate directly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to translate business problems into maintainable, production-grade solutions
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems using Celigo, REST/SOAP APIs, Java, or SuiteScript
- Identify and implement AI-driven automations to reduce manual work and improve data quality
- Support data flow and business logic between CRM and ERP systems
- Collaborate with the data team on BigQuery and dbt to ensure accurate business logic in reporting
- Audit and reduce technical debt; convert legacy code to declarative solutions where practical
- Manage releases, version control (Git), and maintain technical documentation

## Requirements
- 5+ years of development experience in a Business Operations or Systems Engineering environment
- Strong Salesforce skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flows
- Solid Java background (Apex experience expected)
- Experience with middleware and API integrations (REST/SOAP); Celigo experience is a plus
- Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams and understanding of sales organization operations
- Clear, confident English communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

## Nice-to-Haves
- NetSuite experience or strong motivation to learn quickly
- JavaScript and/or SuiteScript experience
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into business workflows
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or dbt
- Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer, or similar certifications
