## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct financial investigations and write SARs/STRs.
- Monitor and proactively adjust to volume fluctuations, handling surges while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
- Use advanced tools and spreadsheet functions for data analysis.
- Manage multiple priorities, including individual production work and ad hoc projects.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of anti-financial-crime experience, preferably with a cryptocurrency background.
- Understanding of compliance operations and processes.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial-crime risks.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications, especially Google Sheets and Google Docs, or similar tools.
- Comfort using AI and technology for automation.
- Familiarity with FIU tools and practices, including Chainalysis, Elliptic, or TRM.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

## Nice-to-haves
- Financial-crime certifications such as CAMS, ICA, CRCM, or CRC.
- Database and programming skills, including SQL and Python.
