## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Define and drive the roadmap for a net-new consumer financial product, balancing customer needs against risk, compliance, and business constraints.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, risk, and legal to ship a high-quality consumer experience.
- Use data and experimentation to make decisions and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
- Navigate underwriting and regulatory requirements as a product owner and collaborate with risk and compliance.
- Identify and manage third-party partnerships and integrations required to deliver the product.
- Represent the product to senior leadership with clear, data-driven perspectives on prioritization and tradeoffs.

## Requirements
- 6–12 years of product management experience in consumer fintech or fast-growing financial technology environments.
- Demonstrated track record of owning a product focused on splitting rent or payments.
- Knowledge of and ability to use AI tools to accelerate development and deliver measurable output.
- Deep comfort working at the intersection of consumer experience and financial product constraints.
- Strong sense of urgency and high ownership.
- Ability to take responsibility for outcomes and drive work end to end independently.
- Low ego and strong collaboration skills across technical, legal, and executive stakeholders.
