## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop the roadmap for Incentive Experience, shaping our strategy and developing new ways to make Garner the most compelling and convenient way to pay for your healthcare.
- Build the operational engine and applications that will enable us to pay $100m+ in reimbursements in 2026 while scaling rapidly and maintaining exceptional quality of service.
- Embed deeply with members, employers, and operational teams to understand their pain points and develop product ideas.
- Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch.
- Define success metrics for every initiative, ensuring we have the data in place to measure outcomes and rallying the team around what winning looks like and how we get there.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with at least one role that involved owning and shipping a consumer-facing product or features from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Strong consumer product intuition, with a deep understanding of what drives exceptional user experiences.
- Experience building tools for operational teams at scale, with a clear-eyed understanding of what makes internal products succeed.
- Exceptional written communication, with the ability to communicate decisions and strategy clearly and concisely to your team, stakeholders, and executive team.
- A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Target salary range: $180,000 - $205,000.
- Eligible to participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
