## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles, including sales, business development, sales engineering, integrations, account management, partnerships, and related functions across the United States and Canada.
- Own the candidate journey from initial outreach through offer close.
- Source candidates through job boards, applicants, outbound outreach, social media, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies.
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, funnel recommendations, and calibration support.
- Deliver a respectful, well-informed candidate experience regardless of outcome.
- Manage multiple requisitions and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to recruiting process improvements and broader People Operations initiatives.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a high-growth technology startup environment.
- Experience recruiting go-to-market roles, including sales, post-sales, marketing, and partnerships, within a B2B SaaS company.
- Recruiting experience across North America, with knowledge of regional hiring-market differences.
- Data-driven recruiting approach and comfort using applicant tracking systems and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- General People Operations knowledge, including onboarding support, process improvement, compliance, job architecture, and compensation philosophies.
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.
- Strong interest in talent, people, and company culture.

## Preferred
- Experience with Ashby.
- Experience with Notion.

## Compensation
- Monthly pay range: $10,000–$15,000 USD or CA$12,000–CA$18,000.
