## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a sophisticated portfolio of client accounts, collaborating with partners to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.
- Translate client goals and campaign data into clear, actionable insights and effective media strategies.
- Advise clients on Pinterest advertising products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement best practices.
- Participate in client meetings to understand needs, solve challenges, and promote Pinterest solutions.
- Explain complex products and processes clearly while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies.
- Build strong partner relationships and proactively expand opportunities to drive revenue growth.

## Requirements
- Experience in digital advertising sales, preferably with performance advertisers.
- Ability to independently manage mutually beneficial client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising technologies across search, shopping, display, and social.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and partnership-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools to improve campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, research, optimization, meeting preparation, and campaign-data analysis while maintaining accuracy.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $91,963–$160,935 USD annually.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
