## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Serve as primary technical advisor throughout Claude adoption journey, coordinating across teams
- Support customers with Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
- Create and deliver technical content for diverse audiences, from deep dives to executive business value discussions
- Guide technical architecture decisions and Claude integration into existing stacks
- Help develop evaluation frameworks for Claude performance
- Identify integration patterns and contribute insights to Product and Engineering teams
- Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops and relationship building
- Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments

## You may be a good fit if you have
- US Secret Clearance preferred
- Prior work in government, contracting, or GovTech preferred
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager)
- Experience with complex buying cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
- Familiarity with Python
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks/tools, or ML/data science background
