> As Director of Finance, you will own the finance function with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis. You will provide strategic analytic support, develop financial models, and offer insights to optimize revenue growth and cost decisions.

## Job Description

## What You'll do:
* Own and maintain financial and revenue models
* Deliver consistent, timely, accurate, high-quality, and insightful financial data to department leads and the executive team
* Develop and rigorously test financial models for product offerings, assisting the business in making critical decisions
* Identify risks and assumptions underlying current and future business operations
* Prepare comprehensive current and forecasted revenue and cost projections and lead variance analysis meetings
* Collaborate effectively with the accounting to ensure synchronization of financial data
* Support company fundraising efforts
* Respond to ad-hoc modeling requests from various business units

## Who You Are:
* BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline; MBA preferred
* 10+ years experience, with 4+ years at technology company at a senior level
* Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, tracking KPIs, variance analysis, and problem-solving through data across the business
* Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models
* An ability to dive down into the weeds of the numbers with high attention to detail, and to take a step back and see the big picture
* Adaptable approach to working in a startup environment
* Experience in investment banking is a plus
* Excellent communicator and collaborator to present financials and partner with leaders across the organization
