## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and IT professionals at prospective and existing customers.
- Demonstrate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle through demos and proofs of concept.
- Understand competitors, related technologies, and vendors, and determine how to position Snowflake.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing on product improvements and marketing activities.
- Work with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, plan deal support around the sales cycle, deliver value-oriented demonstrations, support customer PoCs, and assist through deal closure.

## Requirements
- 7–8 years of industry experience, including 3+ years in a pre-sales environment.
- Ability to present to both technical audiences and executives, including impromptu whiteboard presentations and demonstrations.
- Broad experience with large-scale databases, data warehouse technologies, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL and SQL analytics.
- Ability to connect customers’ specific business challenges with Snowflake solutions and develop proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
