## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team of GTM Engineers (Enterprise Account Executives).
- Build scalable enablement systems and foster a culture of curiosity and impact.
- Design and scale GTME playbooks, including frameworks, discovery methodologies, demo structures, and qualification criteria.
- Balance standardized processes with flexibility for unique customer challenges.
- Stay close to deals, coach team members in the moment, navigate technical objections, and support strategic and enterprise B2B sales cycles.
- Partner with Sales leadership, Product, and Customer Success.
- Synthesize patterns from complex deals into actionable product feedback.
- Ensure the team has the enablement and tools needed to win enterprise deals.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading high-performing AEs, Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, or similar customer-facing teams.
- Proven deal execution experience in strategic or enterprise B2B sales cycles.
- Experience coaching technical go-to-market teams.
- Ability to navigate technical objections and determine when to engage in deals.
- Strong team-building, playbook development, and scalable-process skills.
- Passion for GTM automation and building systems that support team growth.
