## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own deal strategy across the EMEA sales team.
- Quarterback non-standard deals through contracting and internal approval processes with Sales Leadership, Legal, Accounting, Billing, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop and evolve deal policies covering contract terms, pricing and packaging, and contractual requirements.
- Partner with Account Executives to form deals and translate complex deal structures into Order Forms with Commercial Legal.
- Create operational processes and documentation, and enable Sales teams on best practices, tools, and workflows.
- Monitor internal requests and address them thoughtfully and urgently.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Operations or Deal Desk.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance.
- Experience operating across EMEA markets, including multi-currency workflows, regional compliance considerations, enterprise sales cycles, and procurement norms.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models, including deal structuring, overage conversations, CPQ configuration, and order-form compliance.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize urgent support requests alongside longer-term projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: **£105,000–£120,000 GBP**.
- Compensation may include base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, equity, benefits, and perks.
