## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle searches for Senior and Staff+ roles across Engineering, balancing speed with quality.
- Build strong pipelines using thoughtful outreach, market insight, and consistent engagement with top-tier engineers.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience from initial conversation through close.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine talent profiles, and build effective, consistent interview processes.
- Use creative, data-aware sourcing strategies to find high-impact engineers, including passive candidates.
- Strengthen the engineering talent brand and position Rippling as a compelling choice for world-class builders.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in hyper-growth technology or similarly fast-paced environments.
- 3+ years hiring Senior and Staff+ engineering talent across multiple teams or domains.
- Track record of building pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill engineering roles.
- Full-cycle recruiting ownership, including sourcing, engaging, screening, and closing candidates.
- Strong partnership skills with engineering leaders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity while staying organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Tech-forward mindset with enthusiasm for modern recruiting tools and AI.

## Compensation
- $75–$85 per hour (1099), 40 hours per week.
