## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise, outlining value proposition, and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions.
- Demonstrate how OpenAI APIs and ChatGPT meet business needs through demos, use case scoping, architecture recommendations, and technical advisory.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for common pre-sales questions.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships during evaluation, validation, and purchasing.
- Foster customer advocacy by gathering feedback, identifying themes, and incorporating into product planning.
- Serve as first line of defense for security and compliance questions, guiding to resources and escalating as needed.

## Requirements
- 3+ years in technical pre-sales or similar role, managing C-level relationships with complex global organizations.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and B2B SaaS customer requirements, with experience in security/compliance support.
- Foundational training in programming languages like **Python** or **JavaScript**.
- Delivered prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions; knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
- Effective presenter and communicator for business and technical topics to all audiences.
- Own problems end-to-end, eager to learn, humble, team-oriented.
