## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Configure and update hardware to meet deployment specifications.
- Maintain 99%+ accuracy in configuration, serial-number tracking, and documentation.
- Identify and quarantine DOA or unconfigurable hardware and report findings.
- Ensure proper bin placement and labeling for configured equipment.
- Conduct QA checks to verify firmware and software accuracy before release.
- Collaborate with shipping and deployment teams to meet order timelines.
- Suggest improvements that reduce configuration errors or lead times.
- Follow documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.
- Review and verify outcomes before submission to maintain consistency and quality.
- Identify and address process gaps or errors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

## Requirements
- Proven knowledge of Android OS, POS hardware, and configuration processes.
- Hands-on experience with EloView, Paxstore, ChefTab, and FreshKDS.
- Strong organization, accuracy, and documentation skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic configuration issues.
- Understanding of warehouse inventory systems and data-accuracy practices.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Work authorization in the U.S. required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in fintech or SaaS environments.
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Certifications in Supply Chain Management or Lean methodologies.
- Additional languages.

## Compensation and Benefits
- **Hourly pay:** $15.00–$19.00.
