## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical relationship for a single strategic global healthcare account, from discovery and technical qualification through proof of concept, technical close, and ongoing expansion.
- Build and deliver demonstrations, solution architectures, and executive presentations connecting Snowflake capabilities to clinical, operational, and research data priorities.
- Design and lead proofs of concept for clinical data interoperability, population health analytics, claims and payer data processing, real-world evidence, and AI/ML for diagnostics and care optimization.
- Advise on healthcare data architecture and translate HIPAA, GDPR, and HL7/FHIR requirements into production-ready Snowflake solutions.
- Partner with the Account Executive and leadership as the account’s technical owner, co-developing success plans and aligning active opportunities.
- Coordinate with Product, Professional Services, Support, and Engineering to resolve blockers and accelerate adoption.
- Mentor junior Solution Engineers and raise the technical standard of the global accounts practice.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales solution engineering, technical consulting, or data engineering in enterprise B2B technology.
- Significant experience with healthcare or life sciences customers.
- Deep understanding of healthcare data use cases, including clinical interoperability, claims and payer analytics, population health, real-world evidence, and AI/ML for diagnostics or care optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud data platforms and the ability to architect and demonstrate enterprise-grade solutions live.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and healthcare data engineering tools such as dbt or Spark.
- Excellent executive communication skills with CDOs, CTOs, CMIOs, and CIOs.
- Experience leading complex technical evaluations, winning competitive proofs of concept, and building strategic enterprise relationships.
- Experience using AI and LLM-based tools in technical workflows, including the ability to explain Snowflake Cortex AI in healthcare contexts with privacy and compliance considerations.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience working within or selling to health systems, payers, life sciences companies, or health technology platforms.
- Snowflake experience, including Cortex AI, data sharing, Snowpark, and Native Apps.
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, OMOP, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Experience with real-time or near-real-time clinical and operational data pipelines in regulated environments.
- Background in data governance, de-identification, or privacy-preserving analytics.
- Prior experience in a dedicated named-account or strategic-account Solution Engineer role.
