## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run model, product, and feature launches, managing timelines, assets, partners, demos, landing pages, social, and launch logistics.
- Coordinate across marketing, engineering, design, creative teams, and external partners.
- Turn hackathons, partnerships, creator activations, events, and other opportunities into executable plans.
- Draft copy, QA landing pages, source creators, organize competitions, set up credits, and manage approvals.
- Build lightweight systems for launches, calendars, briefs, assets, and approvals.

## Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, product marketing, partnerships, community, or a similarly broad role.
- Generalist operator comfortable both coordinating work and executing independently.
- Highly proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects without losing detail.
- Strong communication and writing skills with sound marketing and creative judgment.
- Comfortable working with engineers, creatives, partners, and creators.
- Interest in AI, creative technology, and generative media.
