## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define talent needs by analyzing projected growth, team structure, and current talent trends.
- Source and prescreen candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Identify closing strategies for offers and provide candidates with necessary information.
- Build and maintain strong hiring manager/recruiter relationships.
- Represent the company effectively to candidates in a competitive market.
- Use creative strategies to build consistent candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and inbound channels.

## Requirements
- Proven track record partnering with Engineering Leaders, ideally hiring for senior backend, fullstack, frontend engineers, and engineering leadership.
- Strong ability to identify and engage qualified candidates across all channels.
- Thrive in fast-paced, changing environments with ruthless prioritization.
- Creative and resourceful problem-solving.

## Nice-to-Haves
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience (focus on impact over years).

## Compensation
- Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 USD per year (location independent).
- Equity: ISO options with early exercise and 10-year post-termination exercise window.
